Everyone involved will the project was completely satisfied with the quality of his work (finished project), the timeliness of his responses, and their interactions with Brad throughout the process. Brad and his team did an excellent job on our new roof. The roof was being replaced as a result of an insurance claim. Brad handles insurance claims very well. He knows what the codes require and ensures that the consumer gets what they should have. While we await the start of another project, the repair to the interior ceiling, I am confident this too will be a job well done. The scariest thing is to find that you have a roof leak. But Artigues Roofing and Restoration Services answered my Friday afternoon request for help very promptly and was out the next day at 8:00 a.m. for an inspection. It is rare and refreshing to find a roofing business like this that is responsive, AND also provides honest, fair, courteous, and quality service. Brad Artigues did not try to sell me a major repair and honestly told me what was needed. When his congenial crew came later that day to do the minor repair they also answered my questions. Brad and his team came highly recommended by a coworker of mine so I gave him a call and I’m very glad I did! Brad was at my house the following day to give me an estimate. He took his time explaining the process to my wife and I as well as helping us decide on the right shingle colors. His team showed up at 7:00am and by 4:00 they had the whole roof done. They spent at least 2 hours after that raking and picking up all the debris. My yard looked better when they left than it did when they got there! Brad and his team do high quality work! We had several home projects including the replacement of our roof, full exterior house painting, gutter replacement, fence installation, and other upgrades to our home. After 24 years our roof was looking dated, stained and tired. Brads shingle choice made all the difference in appearance and curbside appeal and came with the security of 50 Year shingles. Brad and his team did an amazing job on my roof repair! I had a large tree limb fall on roof and puncture through, Brad and his team came out and fixed everything in a very timely manner and it looks great! Way above and beyond ! Brad showed up the day I posted to check things out. Could not find a roof issue but went up into the attic and realized it was an AC overflow tray that was not working properly.
